🚚 Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in keeping things simple so you can focus on your pet’s health. Our shipping tiers are structured as follows:

  • Subscription Orders: Always FREE. No minimum purchase required.

  • Orders $69 and Over: FREE (Total must be $69+ after all discounts and coupons have been applied).

  • Standard Flat Rate: $7.99 for all non-subscription orders under $69.

We know your furry friends are waiting! We strive to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

Order Processing 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Standard Shipping 3–7 business days (Contiguous U.S.)

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or major sales events.

📍 Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes via standard ground services.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future!

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been whisked away by the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

🔄 Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@petexpertisenaturals.com within 1 hour of placement. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in process, we will do our best to assist you.

🐾 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive by the expected date, please reach out to our team. We want to make sure your pet gets exactly what they need!
